Common use of No repayment until satisfaction Clause in Contracts

No repayment until satisfaction. Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement, the Broker shall not be obliged to repay any deposit or margin (or any part thereof) or any moneys which the Client has on deposit with or which stands to the credit of any account of the Client with it, or deliver up to the Client any Approved Securities lodged by the Client with it until all obligations of the Client under this Agreement and each Futures Contracts have been discharged or satisfied in full to the satisfaction of the Broker.
