Common use of NO REQUIREMENT TO MARSHAL COLLATERAL Clause in Contracts

NO REQUIREMENT TO MARSHAL COLLATERAL. Debtor, to the extent that it has any right, title or interest in any of the Collateral, waives and releases any right to require Secured Party to collect any of the Secured Obligations from any portion of the Collateral under any theory of marshaling of assets, or otherwise, and specifically authorizes Secured Party to apply any of its Collateral against any of the Secured Obligations in any manner that Secured Party may determine.
