Common use of No Responsibility Clause in Contracts

No Responsibility. AlayaCare shall not assume responsibility for: (i) any compromise, loss, delay, alteration, or interception of Customer’s Data during the transmission of any data across computer networks or telecommunication facilities (including but not limited to the internet) which are not owned or operated by AlayaCare; or (ii) the reliability or performance of any connections, computer networks, or telecommunications facilities (including but not limited to the internet) which are not owned or operated by AlayaCare; or (iii) third parties who are not subcontractors of AlayaCare.
