Common use of No Restraint or Litigation Clause in Contracts

No Restraint or Litigation. No action, suit or proceeding by any Governmental Body (except for any action, suit or proceeding relating to FCC matters, which shall be governed solely by the condition set forth in Section 9.3) shall have been instituted to restrain, prohibit or otherwise challenge the legality or validity of the transactions contemplated hereby.

No action, suit suit, investigation or proceeding by any Governmental Body (except for any action, suit suit, investigation or proceeding relating to FCC matters, which shall be governed solely by the condition set forth in Section 9.3) shall have been instituted to restrain, restrain or prohibit or otherwise challenge the legality or validity of the transactions contemplated hereby.
