Common use of No restriction on Aurizon Network’s business activities Clause in Contracts

No restriction on Aurizon Network’s business activities. Nothing in this Agreement limits, restricts or ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Aurizon Network’s ability to undertake its business activities as it sees fit including its ability: (a) to enter into agreements with third parties; (b) to grant access rights to third parties to operate train services on the Railway Network; or (c) to undertake infrastructure enhancements and upgrades on the Railway Network.
