No Restrictions on Actions. Nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to prevent the Warrant Agent and any shareholder, director, officer or employee of the Warrant Agent from buying, selling or dealing in any of the Warrants or other securities of the Company or becoming pecuniarily interested in transactions in which the Company may be interested, or contracting with or lending money to the Company or otherwise acting as fully and freely as though it were not the Warrant Agent under this Agreement. Nothing herein shall preclude the Warrant Agent from acting in any other capacity for the Company or for any other legal entity.
