Common use of No Restrictions on Transfer Clause in Contracts

No Restrictions on Transfer. (a) The Collateral is not subject to any: (i) option, pre-emptive right or similar right or any other third party interest; or (ii) restriction or prohibition on transfer which would restrict or prohibit any transfer to or by the Mortgagee (or any nominee appointed by it) under this Deed. (b) The Mortgagee does not need to obtain the consent or approval of any person to: (i) exercise any of its rights under, or to enforce the security created by, this Deed; or (ii) transfer any Collateral to itself or any other person under this Deed.
