No Partner shall enter into or become ------------------------ subject to any contract, agreement, restriction or covenant (other than an Approved Agreement) which would impair or inhibit the Partnership's ability to obtain financing without recourse to the Partners (collectively, "Restrictive Covenants"), and each Partner represents and warrants to the other Partners that, on the Effective Date, it is not subject to any Restrictive Covenants.
