Common use of NO RESTRICTIVE STOCK LEGEND Clause in Contracts

NO RESTRICTIVE STOCK LEGEND. No restrictive stock legend shall be placed on the share certificates representing the Purchase Notice Shares and Commitment Shares so long as there is an effective Registration Statement covering the offer and sale of such Purchase Notice Shares and Commitment Shares and any resale of such Purchase Notice Shares and Commitment Shares.

NO RESTRICTIVE STOCK LEGEND. No restrictive stock legend shall be placed on the share certificates representing the Purchase Notice Shares and Commitment Shares so long as there is an effective Registration Statement covering the offer and sale of Shares, except that a restrictive legend may be placed on such share certificates for Purchase Notice Shares and Commitment Shares and any resale of such Purchase Notice Shares and Commitment Sharesthat are subject to a “lock-up” arrangement pursuant to Section 6.5.
