Common use of No Right to Continue as Director Clause in Contracts

No Right to Continue as Director. Nothing in this Option Agreement or the Plan shall be interpreted or construed to confer upon the Optionee any right to continue as a director of the Company, nor shall this Agreement or the Plan interfere in any way with the right of the Company or its directors or stockholders to remove the Optionee in accordance with the By-laws of the Company.

Nothing contained in this Option -------------------------------- Agreement or the Plan shall be interpreted or construed to will confer upon the Optionee any right to continue as a director member of the Board of Directors or affect the right of the Company, nor shall this Agreement the Board of Directors or the Plan interfere in any way with the right of the Company or its directors or stockholders to remove terminate the directorship of Optionee in accordance at any time with the By-laws of the Companyor without cause.
