Neither the Plan nor this Agreement shall confer upon the Grantee any right to be retained in any position, as an Employee, Consultant consultant or Director director of the Company. Further, nothing in the Plan or this Agreement shall be construed to limit the discretion of the Company to terminate the Grantee’s Continuous Service service at any time, with or without Cause.

No Right to Continued Service. Neither the Plan nor this Agreement shall confer upon the Grantee any right to be retained in any position, as an Employee, Employee or Consultant or Director of the CompanyEmployer. Further, nothing in the Plan or this Agreement shall be construed to limit the discretion of the Company Employer to terminate the Grantee’s Continuous Service Status at any time, with or without Cause.

No Right to Continued Service. Neither the Plan nor this Agreement shall confer upon the Grantee any right to be retained in any position, position as an Employee, Consultant or Director of the CompanyDirector. Further, nothing in the Plan or this Agreement shall be construed to limit the discretion of the Company to terminate the Grantee’s Continuous Service at any time, with time for any reason or without Causeno reason.

If Grantee is an employee, Grantee’s “at will” employment shall not be in any way altered by the terms of the Plan or this Agreement.

No Right to Continued Service. Neither the Plan nor this Agreement shall confer upon the Grantee any right to be retained in any positionposition with the Company or any Subsidiary, whether as an Employeeemployee, Consultant consultant, director, or Director of the Companyotherwise. Further, nothing in the Plan or this Agreement shall be construed to limit the discretion of the Company or any Subsidiary to terminate the Grantee’s Continuous Service service at any time, with or without Causecause.

No Right to Continued Service. Further, nothing in the Plan or this Agreement shall be construed to limit the discretion of the Company and its Affiliates to terminate the Grantee’s Continuous Service employment or service at any time, with or without Cause.

No Right to Continued Service. Neither the Plan nor this Agreement shall confer upon the Grantee any right to be retained in any position, as an Employee, Consultant or Director of the CompanyDirector. Further, nothing in the Plan or this Agreement shall be construed to limit the discretion of the Company or an Affiliate to terminate the Grantee’s Continuous Service at any time, with or without Cause. Any questions as to whether and when there has been a termination of the Grantee’s Continuous Service, and the cause of such termination, shall be determined by the Committee, and its determination shall be final.
