No Right to Joint Storage Capacity. If any default continues for more than six (6) Working Days after the date of notification by the Operator under Section 12.1 (a) then, for so long as the default so continues, the Defaulting Party shall not be entitled to its Percentage Interest of Storage Capacity thereafter which shall instead be utilised by the Non Defaulting Parties in the proportions which their respective Percentage Interests bear to the total of the same.
