No Right to Maintain Possession. Upon cancellation of this Lease or termination of the leasing of the Aircraft following the occurrence and during the continuance of an Event of Default, Lessee shall have no right to maintain possession of the Aircraft or any Item of Equipment, and any de facto possession thereof exercised by Lessee shall be deemed illegitimate possession for all purposes of applicable Law with respect to the Aircraft and all Items of Equipment, and Lessee agrees to redeliver immediate possession of the Aircraft as directed by Lessor. 76 ARTICLE 24 LESSOR’S RIGHTS AND REMEDIES FOLLOWING AN EVENT OF DEFAULT
