Common use of No Right to Use Clause in Contracts

No Right to Use. If Lessee terminates this Ground Lease with respect to any Property pursuant to this ARTICLE XII, neither Lessee nor any Affiliate of Lessee shall have the right for one year following the date of such termination to use, and shall not use, such Property in connection with the development of a Facility.

If Lessee terminates this Ground Facilities Lease with respect to any Property Facility pursuant to this ARTICLE XII, neither Lessee nor any Affiliate of Lessee shall have the right for one year following the date of such termination to use, and shall not use, such Property in connection with the development of Facility as a Facility.
