No Rights by Implication. KHK’s rights with regard to the Syndax Patents and Syndax Know-How shall be limited to those rights specified in Sections 2.1–2.5, and, as between the Parties, Syndax retains all other rights related thereto. For avoidance of doubt, no rights are granted to KHK under this Agreement to Develop or Commercialize the Product outside the Territory.
