No Rights by Implication. Nothing contained herein shall be construed as granting or implying any rights under any patents or patent applications covering the Product, or any right to use any information, know-how or data covered thereby for any purpose, including but not limited to, for developing, manufacturing, advertising, or distributing, except as expressly provided for in this Agreement.
