No Rights by Implication. Nothing contained herein shall be construed as granting to LTS any rights or implying any rights under any patents (including the BDSI Patents) covering the Product or any right to use any information, know-how or data covered thereby except as expressly provided for under Article VII for the performance of LTS’ obligations under this Agreement.
