No Rights Until Issuance. Awardee shall have no rights hereunder as a shareholder with respect to any Shares subject to this Restricted Stock Award until the date certificates representing such Shares (which may be in book entry or electronic form) are issued, recorded on the records of Micro or its broker, transfer agent or registrar, and delivered to (including through electronic delivery to a brokerage account) Awardee. The Shares so delivered shall no longer be subject to the Restrictions hereunder.
