No Security Interest Created. Unless expressly provided for in one or more supplements to this Indenture entered into pursuant to the terms of this Indenture, nothing in this Indenture, the Securities or the Guarantee shall be construed to constitute a security interest under the Uniform Commercial Code, Personal Property Security Act or similar legislation, as now or hereafter enacted and in effect in any jurisdiction where property of the Corporation or the Guarantor is or may be located.
