Common use of No Service Guarantee Clause in Contracts

No Service Guarantee. Neither BUKK TECHNOLOGIES PTY LIMITED nor any of its Affiliates in the Territory guarantees the availability or uptime of the BUKK TECHNOLOGIES PTY LIMITED or Driver App. Customer acknowledges and agrees that the BUKK TECHNOLOGIES PTY LIMITED or Driver App may be unavailable at any time and for any reason (e.g., due to scheduled maintenance or network failure). Further, the BUKK TECHNOLOGIES PTY LIMITED or Driver App may be subject to limitations, delays, and other problems inherent in the use of the internet and electronic communications, and neither BUKK TECHNOLOGIES PTY LIMITED nor any of its Affiliates in the Territory is responsible for any delays, delivery failures, or other damages, liabilities or losses resulting from such problems.
