Common use of No Side Letters Clause in Contracts

No Side Letters. There is no side letter, agreement or other arrangement between the Parent, the Sellers, their affiliates or their agents on the one hand, and the Stock Purchaser, its affiliates or its agents on the other hand, relating to any matter connected with matters contemplated by the Stock Purchase Agreement (other than those that have been disclosed and provided to the Purchaser), and as of the date of this Agreement, no such side letter, agreement or arrangement is contemplated to be entered into.
