Common use of No SPAC Common Stock Transactions Clause in Contracts

No SPAC Common Stock Transactions. From and after the date of this Agreement until the Effective Time, except as otherwise contemplated by this Agreement, none of the Group Companies or their respective controlling Affiliates, directly or indirectly, shall engage in any transactions involving the securities of SPAC without the prior consent of SPAC. The Company shall use reasonable best efforts to require each of its Subsidiaries and controlling Affiliates to comply with the foregoing sentence.
