  • No Strike The Union, its officers or agents, or any of the employees covered by this Agreement shall not cause, instigate, encourage, condone, engage in, or cooperate in any strike, work slowdown, mass resignation, mass absenteeism, the willful absence from one's position, the stoppage of work, or the abstinence in whole or in part of the full, faithful and proper performance of the duties of employment during the term of this Agreement.

The Employer agrees that during the same period there shall be no lockouts. Likewise, it is understood and agreed that the Union and employees shall not engage in concerted activities calculated to influence elected officials, such as picketing private homes or businesses.

  • No Brokers or Finders Other than as contemplated by this Agreement, the Company has not incurred and will not incur any liability for any finder’s or broker’s fee or agent’s commission in connection with the execution and delivery of this Agreement or the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby.
