Common use of No Status Change Clause in Contracts

The transfer or other movement of employment between LSI Logic to SSI at any time before the earlier of the Distribution Date or the Control Cessation Date shall neither constitute nor be treated as a “status change” or termination of employment under the LSI Logic Health Plans or the SSI Health Plans.
