Common use of No Steering Clause in Contracts

No Steering. For the term of this Agreement and for one year thereafter, Providers shall not engage in steering or otherwise directly or indirectly solicit any Member to join a competing health plan or induce any Member to cease doing business with Health Plan.

For the term of this Agreement and for one year thereafter, Providers shall not engage in steering or otherwise directly or indirectly solicit any Member to join a competing health plan or induce any Member to cease doing business with Health Plan, not inclusive of counseling provided to Members who voluntarily seek assistance in regard to their health benefits, or in the event of termination of Provider by Health Plan.
