No Subcontractors. Company shall not delegate, subcontract or assign all or any portion of the Services to any third party (collectively, “Contractors”), other than those third parties listed on Exhibit E attached hereto and incorporated by this reference, without the express prior written consent of City. Company shall cause any Contractor to comply with all of the terms of this Agreement.
