No Subdivision to Allow Separate Sale Sample Clauses

The "No Subdivision to Allow Separate Sale" clause prohibits the division of a property into smaller parcels for the purpose of selling them individually. In practice, this means the owner cannot legally split the land or building into separate lots or units and sell those portions to different buyers. This restriction typically applies to ensure the property remains intact as a single entity, preventing piecemeal sales that could undermine the value or intended use of the property. The core function of this clause is to maintain the integrity and unity of the property, avoiding complications or disputes that could arise from multiple ownership interests.

Without limitation, the Owner acknowledges that the City will not support applications for stratification or Subdivision of any buildings on the Lands in any manner that would allow the Dwelling Units to be sold independently of each other.
No Subdivision to Allow Separate Sale. The Owner acknowledges that the District will not support applications for stratification or Subdivision of the Lands or any part thereof in any manner that would allow the Dwelling Units to be sold independently of each other.
