No Sublicensing or Assignment. You may not sublicense, transfer or assign, whether voluntarily or by operation of law, any right or license in or to the Software or under any Proof of Entitlement. Any attempted sublicense, transfer or assignment shall be void. If You are a party to a transaction (or related series of transactions) involving a merger, consolidation or other corporate reorganization (collectively, a "Restructure") where You do not survive the transaction(s), the transaction(s) shall also be deemed a prohibited transfer.
