No Substitution. Nothing contained in Section 8.1 shall be construed to represent a substitution for compensation already paid to or earned by Executive. In addition, Executive shall be entitled to receive all amounts in respect of the period prior to the date of termination otherwise payable herein (without double counting), including such payments provided for in Sections 4 and 5.
