No Substitutions. The types/versions of software specified in this Solicitation are compatible with other systems/software currently installed. Therefore, NO SUBSTITUTES ARE ALLOWED. Compatibility with existing software allows for warehousing of supplies as well as technical and upgrade advantage support for peripheral software.
