Common use of No Tampering Clause in Contracts

No Tampering. Throughout the term of this Agreement and through the second anniversary of the expiration thereof, the Executive shall not (a) request, induce or attempt to influence any distributor or supplier of goods or services to any member of the Company Group to curtail or cancel any business they may transact with any member of the Company Group; (b) request, induce or attempt to influence any customers of any member of the Company Group that have done business with or potential customers which have been in contact with any member of the Company Group to curtail or cancel any business they may transact with any member of the Company Group; or (c) request, induce or attempt to influence any employee of any member of the Company Group to terminate his or her employment with such member of the Company Group.

Throughout the term of this Agreement Employment Term and through the second first anniversary of the expiration thereof, the Executive shall not intentionally (a) request, induce or attempt to influence any distributor or supplier of goods or services to any member of the Company Group to curtail or cancel any business they may mat transact with any member of the Company Group; (b) request, induce or intentionally attempt to influence induce any customers of any member of the Company Group that have done business with or ir potential customers which have been in contact with any member of the Company Group to curtail or cancel any business they may transact with any member of the Company Group; or (c) request, induce or attempt to influence any employee of any member of the Company Group to terminate his or her employment with such member of the Company Group.
