No Third Party Beneficiaries; Assignment. Nothing in this BA Agreement confers on any person other than Covered Entity and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ (and their respective successors and assigns) any rights, remedies, obligations or liabilities whatsoever. There are no third party beneficiaries to this BA Agreement. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ may assign its rights and responsibilities with respect to information covered under this BA Agreement to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
