No Third Party Use. Except as expressly provided for in this Agreement, the Customer must not provide, or otherwise make available, Payment Express the Goods, the Software or the Documentation or any component thereof in any form to any person (Third Party) without the prior written consent of PX.

No Third Party Use. Except as expressly provided for in this Agreement, the Customer must not provide, or otherwise make available, Payment Express the Goods, the Software or the Documentation or any component thereof in any form to any person (Third Party) without the prior written consent of PX. If PX grants such consent, Customer must ensure that the Third Party complies with the provisions of this Agreement (so far as those provisions relate to Customer) as if the Third Party were a party to this Agreement. Customer will be liable to PX for all acts or omissions of any Third Party in contravention of the provisions of this Agreement.
