Common use of No Time Limit Clause in Contracts

No Time Limit. All of the warranties and representations set out in Sections 3.1, 3.3, 3.4, 3.5, 4.1, 4.2, 4.4 and 4.11 shall continue to have full force and effect for an unlimited period of time.
