No Trespass. Prior to delivery of possession of the Lot, Buyer shall not trespass upon the Subdivision or the Lot. Buyer hereby acknowledges that, unless accompanied by Seller or Seller's authorized agent, or otherwise agreed in writing by Seller, Buyer shall remain outside of any fenced or posted construction areas, and any other areas in which ongoing work is being performed pending completion. ▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to exert diligent efforts to prohibit entry into such area by ▇▇▇▇▇'s family, employees, tenants and invitees. ▇▇▇▇▇ also agrees to indemnify, defend and save harmless Seller, the Association, other lot owners and the contractors and agents of any of them from and against any and all loss or liability on account of any such entry.
