No Trigger Event. No Trigger Event has occurred and is continuing and no condition, event or act has occurred and is continuing that with the giving of notice and/or the lapse of time and/or any determination or certification would constitute a Trigger Event or Event of Default, in each case, on the part of the Share Trust.
