In practice, this means that a party cannot take components of a bundled offering and sell, license, or use them independently from the rest of the bundle. For example, if software and support services are sold together, the customer cannot purchase only the software without the support. This clause ensures that the integrity of the bundled offering is maintained, preventing parties from circumventing agreed pricing or terms by splitting up the package.
