No Undue Hardship. The Franchisee acknowledges and agrees that the covenants not to compete set forth in this Agreement are fair and reasonable and will not impose any undue hardship on the Franchisee, or the Franchisee's shareholders or partners, if the Franchisee is a corporation or partnership, since the Franchisee, its shareholders or partners have other considerable skills, experience and education which afford the Franchisee, its shareholders or partners the opportunity to derive income from other endeavors.
