Common use of No Variations Clause in Contracts

No Variations. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties concerning the subject matter hereof, and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, whether written or oral, between the Parties. This Agreement may be amended only by an instrument in writing which expressly refers to this Agreement and specifically states that it is intended to amend it.
