Consultant and Executive each represents and warrants to the Company that, to the best of their knowledge, they are not currently a party, and will not become a party, to any other agreement that is in conflict with, or will prevent both of them from complying with this Agreement, or breach any other agreement or violate any duty which they may have to any other Person.
