Common use of No Viruses Clause in Contracts

No Viruses. To the knowledge of BioNTech and its Affiliates, any Neoepitope Prediction Algorithm within the BioNTech IP as of the Execution Date does not contain or incorporate any code, lock, authorization key, disabling code, or similar device or code that is intended to impair, disable or otherwise impede the operation of software or hardware or any “back door,” “time bomb,” “Trojan horse,” “drop-dead device,” “virus” or other software routines or code or hardware components designed to permit unauthorized access, to send information to any Third Party without the user’s consent, to disable or erase software, hardware or data, or to contaminate, corrupt, or damage information technology systems or architecture or to perform any other similar actions.
