No Warranty of Condition or Suitability by the Issuer Clause Samples

The 'No Warranty of Condition or Suitability by the Issuer' clause states that the issuer does not guarantee the quality, condition, or fitness for a particular purpose of the subject matter involved, such as securities, assets, or property. In practice, this means that the party receiving the item or service accepts it 'as is,' and cannot hold the issuer responsible if it fails to meet certain standards or expectations. This clause primarily serves to limit the issuer's liability and clarify that the recipient assumes the risk regarding the suitability or condition of what is being provided.
