No Weapons. Household shall not display, use, or possess any firearms (operable or inoperable) or any other offensive weapon (as defined by the laws and courts of the State of Connecticut), in the Unit or in the Development, without HACH’s prior written permission.

In addition, no weapons of any kind are permitted on property owned or leased by DEL except as otherwise expressly permitted by applicable law.
