Common use of Node-Locked License Clause in Contracts

Node-Locked License. If Licensee purchased a license for the Software that is not identified on the corresponding invoice as a “floating” license then, for each such license purchased (each, a “Node- Locked License”), the Software may be installed only on one workstation, and may be used by only one user at a time. For Software licensed to Licensee pursuant to a Node-Locked License, Licensee must contact Keysight to move the Software between workstations.
