Common use of Noise And Emissions Clause in Contracts

Noise And Emissions. All noise generated by Tenant in its use of the Premises shall be confined or muffled so that it does not interfere with the businesses of or annoy the occupants and/or users of adjacent properties. All dust, fumes, odors and other emissions generated by Tenant's use of the Premises shall be sufficiently dissipated in accordance with sound environmental practices and exhausted from the Premises in such a manner so as not to interfere with the businesses of or annoy the occupants and/or users of adjacent properties, or cause any damage to the Premises, the Building, the Outside Areas or the Project or any component part thereof or the property of adjacent property owners.
