Common use of Noise And Emissions Clause in Contracts

Noise And Emissions. All noise generated by Tenant in its use of the Leased Premises shall be confined or muffled so that it does not unreasonably interfere with the businesses of or unreasonably annoy the occupants and/or users of the Building or adjacent properties given the nature of Tenant's operation in the Leased Premises and Tenant shall operate the Leased Premises in compliance with applicable Laws. All dust, fumes, odors and other emissions generated by Tenant's use of the Leased Premises shall be sufficiently dissipated in accordance with sound environmental practice and exhausted from the Leased Premises in compliance with applicable Laws and in such a manner so as not to interfere with the businesses of or annoy the occupants and/or users of the Building or adjacent properties, or cause any damage to the Leased Premises, the Building, the Common Areas or the Property or any component part thereof or the property of adjacent property owners.
