Common use of Noise and Vibrations Clause in Contracts

Noise and Vibrations. 1. Any construction work causing excessive noise and/or vibrations, such as coring, column chipping, setting of anchors, etc. shall not be performed during normal business hours. 2. Any work, which disrupts nearby Tenants must cease immediately upon request of the Office of the Building and rescheduled for completion on an after-hours basis.
