NOISE ORDINANCE. Tenant acknowledges that the Nags Head noise ordinance is 10:00 PM and will conduct themselves in a manner that adheres to the noise ordinance. This is defined as any sound that can be heard from inside a nearby residence and any loud noise after approximately 10:00 PM. Tenant also always acknowledges to be mindful of music and other noise emanating from the Tiki Bar area.
