Common use of Nominated agent Clause in Contracts

Nominated agent. The Lender reserves the right to appoint a Nominated Agent to administer this Mortgage on its behalf and to collect all payments that are due (including any payments pursuant to Clauses 6, 7 and/or 8). Where the Lender has confirmed that a Nominated Agent is appointed: 1.7.1 all correspondence and/or payments that are required under this Mortgage should be directed to the Nominated Agent unless the Lender has notified the Borrower otherwise (in writing) of any changes to this arrangement; and 1.7.2 the Nominated Agent will be entitled to recover from the Borrower on behalf of the Lender any reasonable costs and expenses which the Lender is entitled to recover from the Borrower under the terms of this Mortgage and the Tariff of Charges.
