Nominations of the SENDER. The SENDER agrees to make the Nominations in compliance with the Nomination Process established in the Transporter’s Manual. CENIT shall not be obliged to honor extemporaneous Nominations of the SENDER according to the provisions of the Transporter’s Manual.
